Today, Take-Two denied EA’s offer for a fourth time, announcing that they are not interested in letting EA acquire all of their outstanding shares. They claim that the proposal “significantly undervalues” what Take-Two would want if a takeover ever were to take place.

Age of Conan, the violent, sexy, and very creative MMO has now gone gold. The brutal MMO will go on sale May 20th in the US, and hopefully shine a new light on gamers that have been jacked into WoW this whole time. Check the break for the full press release.
