In collaboration with the PSP’s new VOIP features, a GPS peripheral that has been available only in Japan in the past will now be making its way to the states. The GPS software will be on a UMD, and will provide many features that we already know and love from current GPS devices.
The Sony CES Website Reads:
“Your PSP will provide 2D/3D locations, driving directions, POI’s, and even downloadable city guides. With an easy search feature feature and customizable settings, GPS on PSP is the easiest way to navigate new areas and new cities.”
